The thing I don't get about OBL is that there is still no clarity on what % of the Derby block they actually own.

They have sold half their holding to OXX leaving them with 25%. The balance is owned by Backreef who apparently are insolvent or some resemblance of it. They also owe OBL quite a substantial amount of Derby lease back costs. Backreef have an agreement to sell their 50% to Buru but OBL have pre emptive first rights. What a mess. Its been running long enough and will be scaring away anyone (big) interested in playing.
