I hear you, gulf. It's a crazy business. With the AFR saying a few days ago that there are a bunch of suitors after RDF, and MQG is just one of them, then I reckon bot trading should be illegal on that share- it's not fair to the market.
I have other shares that are never touched by bots- and they are rarely traded. How is it that RDF is constantly hammered?
ASIC did say they have RDF under formal watch. I rang and spoke to a call centre (!) and an ASIC woman rang me back and said it had been referred on and she wanted to inform me that they would keep a watch on the trading. I am not sure how long they do that for.
Anyway, gulf, the good news for us as RDF owners is that the AFR article said a $3.00 offer looks to be on target. Even the bots can't ruin that for us. :)
