Around in circles we go. What a shambles this is becoming, cart before the horse imo.
Only 1 of the directors have been elected by shareholders, and that 1 only scraped through by the skin of his teeth.
Seems they are trying to cement their control of the company before they are voted in at AGM. Top 20 has changed since last AGM and shares I believe have gone to friendlies.
The rights issue take up has shown that long suffering shareholders do not like these new projects nor the way they have been initiated. The shortfall being left to the discretion of the non shareholder elected directors is an absolute joke.
Existing shareholders will after tomorrow become a minority and in the near future will suffer a massive dilution.
All concerned shareholders no matter how small or large should contact ASIC with their concerns as to what has been done here.
