A break below that small white bar after the Bullish Engulfing bar is bearish, and the fact it was a Bearish Engulfer as well imo strengthens the bearsish case. In fact, I have 4 years of stats on the EU for a break of the low of that small white bar (it has happened 42 times in 4 years) and depending on the exit the average return is 0.15-0.30 R - not bad odds imo.
