Its not just Trump imo Speccy its just another example of dysfunctional modern 1st world democracy dominated by partisan politics. Other examples are the Brexit politics in the UK where Corbyn is putting hiw own political interests ahead of the country's, and here in Australia examples abound on both sides. Its no wonder voters are disenfranchised with the major parties (in all these countries) and populist poltics has taken hold. Thigs will get worse before they get better imo.
