I used to trade commodities quite a bit but mainly crude. I used to steer clear of gold as I found I just wasn't very good at trading it. Again, I trade on 1hr + charts and I see you're on a 5min so could be a different story for you. In saying that, if your chart was a 1hr, I would probably be long too
