Yes Sorry, I get excitied when other traders start talking about tick trading charts. I really get into them when I trade on Sierra Charts with 133 bars per candle settings. The answer is I haven't traded volume charts before because I when in another direction. If you trade on Trade Station with FXCM ( another chart trading software program I don't talk too much about ), they offer in a sub window- real volume stats displayed as a candle along with a candle that shows all the number of transactions that have occurred. So I have the normal candle chart knowing exactly how much forex volume has occurred by how many traders.
THIS IS ONLY FXCM NETWORKS FIGURES which are shown. This used to account for a good portion of the whole market 8 years ago.
I was happy to use this information to trade with VPA 10 years ago. Still didn't work for me but mainly because I was a new trader and didn't know sheet.
