Fanastic returns there, will done. I have always said long term swing trading is the most profitable game in forex. There is nothing wrong in my books of adding to a winning position. Perhaps you got abut excited and traded too large in the end in relation to the basket size but it ended well for you. Forex has a habit .of giving you heaps then taking it all back the following day. I normally just set a basket size of 1 lot, divide it into five and enter in equal size trades. But if your’e in the zone, go for broke. It should only be the first trade that you should worry about size in relation to equity so once your up some good pips, just trade what you see. My account size is only about having enough cash to cover margin.
The rules advised by your broker are designed to bleed you with small cuts till your account is exhausted. But it’s a safe way to start.
