This is just a quick EA to put together and not great one either but you get the idea.
Here is some logic blocks

It Reads like this
IF there is no Short entry's opened
IF last bar high is greater than Bollinger Bands upper line set to 20
SELL and then close all long orders.
IF there is no Long orders opened
IF last bar Low is less than Bollinger Bands Lower line set to 20
BUY and then close all Short orders.
Then just push one button and you have your code.
