I'm pretty much focused on QC checking my EA's in demo testing. It's become a daily routine of sifting through their execution for the previous 24 hours, picking up anything that isn't executing the way i think it should and then working out a solution to test for the next 24 hours. Out of 6 EA's I have 2 which I think will be ready to go live next week, the others maybe another 3-4 weeks.
The majors imo seem to have spent the last couple of weeks in various ranging pattenrs after spending most of August trending one way or the other.
Cheers, Sharks
I’m doing the same as well Sharks. One of the EAs that I have, which is the trend trading model, works extremely well at backtesting but it didn’t execute any trade in the demo account so problem solving becomes the daily routine for me over the last few days.
I’ve also noticed I haven’t diversify enough so had to re-test other timeframe to add more products into current portfolio.
BRI and Daily Breakout are working as expected so far.
