The return/drawdown % also depends on the account size assumption. The backtester default is $10K.
I'm assuming Matt's base for the results you mentioned for 9 markets is a $10K account.
If I apply my results to $10K account with 25 markets I get 110% profit per year with 12% drawdown. Because of the higher number of markets it probably makes more sense to base it on a $20K account, in which case the results are 55% profit & 6% drawdown.
