If you want to try it then yes contact then through the website - as the others have said they will get back to you but if you can overlook the pushyness they are pretty good to deal with (their tech support I have found is second to none).

Guess what - I've joined EA lab as I was approached by them today.

I've decided to give it a try if it means to speed things up a little bit. The other reason is that I was approached by a different trader who is around the same age as me and we had a great discussion so I was happy to jump onboard.

This weekend should be fun.
