Just edging you on for you to voice your opinion, I meant no offence, agree with almost everything you say and enjoy your comments. Please feel free to let me know if I'm being a jerk.
The point I was making about H4 & H1 is that most new traders fail here. They trade single entry / single exitwith small stops and don't have the price action skills YET to be able to make a profit with these time frames.
That takes time and normally a few thousand dollars down the drain before they develop their strategy to win with H4 / H1. I know this because I have watch many new traders full into this hole ( including myself ).
I have two H4 strategy's that work for me, however I have never found a way to win on H1.
