Trading the quick time frames -

When I log in on around London open, I start looking for good trending pairs that show real purpose to start a good run. That takes normally a hour or so. When I am in these's trade, I then watch to see if New York trader's decide to reverse this direction and start a trend the other way. Either way, if there is no real trends that night, I quit trading for the evening. Trying to force trades is just a waste of my equity, I like to trade when the market is screaming at me to Buy or Sell.
