3. Make sure you trade in the same proportions. If you had a $100k demo account, but now going live with $10k, then reduce your bets by at least 90%.

thanks for the reply.

Ive been demo trading for about 6 months, but have recently changed my trading plan, which definitely needs some polishing. I have a few milestones I need to reach before I go live, I was hoping this course (or a similar one) would help me reach them.

Do you have any resources you recommend?
