I have been trading with Admiral Markets for long and haven't faced any of the problems you mentioned above. On the contrary, I enjoy reading their analytics and educational material, coupled with attending FX seminars in AU, and could actually improve my trading skills.
P.S. Just because I'm trading with this broker, you shouldn't also join. You must take care of all the requirements and checks before you join them because I'm not a representative of them neither do I promote the company.
