    On my figures, using a share price of 10.5c, the 2009/10 profit provides a PE of just 5, although if we take the December half profit and adjust for half year the PE is closer to 10. There were one off factors which one would expect to reverse, so the 5 still looks good. It would not take much (given the spectacular profit growth for the last few years and the pipeline of projects coming on stream) to bring the PE to 3. It would be interesting to get their reasoning.

    Why do I use 10.5c. That is the price I paid yesterday to top up with a few more CBD shares. While medium risk, its future looks - well - spectacular.
