Regarding the "forward ebitda" from Capital IQ, you are absolutely right, it's based on the management guidance, instead of pro-active equity research. still better than nothing though. it is certainly not based on the FY actual ebitda, hence the wording "forward"... =) Capital IQ itself is a great database for company data globally. very handy for company screening and quick composites etc.
