We don't know ESG's motives or strategy in all this so I am refraining from criticising them at this stage. They should have told us .. unless of course they have corporate or commercial intentions (as some of us have suspected) to reclaim either OIP or the remaining CSG equity in OIP's blocks. The "natural" home for the csg equity and any development is with ESG.

You will get your chance to question ESG (DC?) if the EGM proceeds on Tuesday because you would have to expect that as the major shareholder ESG will be there.
