Does anyone know the accounting structure of DGR? I doubt it holds most of its holdings directly. If the shell that feeds the management salaries suddenly got a bill they couldn't pay (remember they only had 700k a week ago), is it a sure thing that the holders of ASX-DGR would get the equivalent in their holdings back to them if they were forced into receivership?
To put it another way: are investors of ASX-DGR investing in a company with *ties* to another sub company holding the other stocks (may be called DGR holdings or whatever), or is it clear-cut that ASX-DGR holders own the equivalent stocks on theLondon exchange too?
This may have an obvious answer, don't know a lot about how these things work, just curious.
