Hi tbeck. I hear your lament, along with tth, and others, however nothing is going to happen unless someone does something. (Sounds fairly self-evident.) As Edmund Burke so famously said, all it takes for evil (and cheats) to prosper in this world is for good men to do nothing. I think some effort in concert is needed here. I can't see myself taking up the cudgels on this one solo - although God knows, I will probably never rest if I don't - but with a little encouragement from one or two others sharing the load, we might get some satisfaction.
