Beam Communications (Beam), a wholly owned subsidiary of World Reach Limited, announced that it has entered into an agreement with Inmarsat PLC, the provider of global mobile satellite communications services, under which the Company has been appointed as the developer, manufacturer and distributor of docking units for its forthcoming IsatPhone Pro handheld satellite phone, planned for launch in June 2010. Inmarsat will provide Beam with a loan of up to USD3.18 million to fund product development and initial working capital costs. This loan is to be repaid in installments equal to an agreed percentage of sales of these products by Beam or the supply of products directly to Inmarsat.

World Reach Limited announced that its subsidiary Beam Communications Pty Ltd has entered into an agreement with Mobile Tracking and Data Pty Ltd (MTData) to target specific satellite based tracking and fleet management opportunities. MTData is a supplier and manufacturer of GPS Tracking and Fleet Management Solutions in Australia with a large customer base across key vertical markets. This strategic partnership is to supply Beams satellite based tracking terminals, satellite data modems and short burst data airtime services. MTData will have the ability to integrate Beams terminals with their existing range of enabled hardware and tracking solutions. The initial terms of the strategic partnership is for a 24 month period.

World Reach Limited announced that its subsidiary Beam Communications Pty Ltd (Beam) has entered into an agreement with Traffic Technologies Limited for the joint development of a new satellite based emergency calling solution. Beam will provide Clearsonics the opportunity to provide solutions with inbuilt satellite technology, increasing the reach and application of these emergency calling solutions throughout the world. The product once completed will be sold under the Clearsonics brand and will reference the satellite interworking being Powered by Beam. Through Beams contribution to this project Beam earns the rights to be the exclusive distributor of the Clearsonics product for Canada, USA, South America and Mexico.

World Reach Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Beam Communications Pty Ltd, has received a order from Telstra Corporation with a value of $1.3 million. The order is for a new bundled solution consisting of Beams SatDOCK In-vehicle Hands-free Docking Station and an Iridium Satellite Telephone, offering a complete in-vehicle solution for Telstra customers. Deliveries will commence in December and will be completed by January 2010.
