With a sense of timing and management "skills" they have just demonstrated no wonder they cannot create and close deals from the supposedly international enquiry they have been receiving for years now. Wouldn't you think they would have deferred this action until the share price improved for their shareholders.
We need to remember this at the next annual meeting.
