Anyone can forecast 20, 30, 40% downgrades. Its the easiest trick in the book. Just get on enough threads and you will hit the target eventually.
But can a chartist predict a day like today when it seems that without warning no one has really any idea what has gone wrong? Nope thats hocus pocus.
