I have contacted OBL management Neil Doyle and I am happy with his confidence, positivity and in general his tone about OBL and I can confirm the following:

- Yes, Neil Doyle attended Excellence in Oil Gas Conference in early March 2014
- Attended alone – all other directors and management were unavailable to attend
- OBL did not either present or exhibit at EOG as a that point in time the Derby Block hadn't been awarded yet – was awarded some 3 weeks later
- Neil went intentionally to meet and sit down with the new Head of Petroleum DMP who presented the New WA USG Regulations and to discuss OBL’s readiness to fund the Derby Block and immediate planning for 2014 (Neil said he had close to an hour conversation with him and it was very rewarding for OBL).
- Neil did not drink with any “lads” from WA or go to any boozy dinners –he was too busy on proposals to 3rd parties met at the conference interested in Shelf Oil and Backreef Area
- BRU didn’t present or attend as originally intended – so Neil was asked by organiser to attend (even if not presenting) to be on the WA Panel as the sole Canning representative
- Neil was on a 4 person panel forum with Peter Strachan, AWE and NWE where he fielded questions

Neil also mentioned a Planning & Budget Meeting was actually held on 22 April 2014 for Permit EP 487 bringing the fight up for shareholders to get things happening.
