May I suggest you refrain from being personal and stay on topic.

Peter Strachan has not done an article on OBL in his newsletter. He has not bought any shares in OBL according to his disclosure. He has not even mentioned OBL.

OBL does not warrant a mention according to Peter Strachan who is one of the best analysts in the country on gas and oil companies.

As you have pointed out Strachan mentioned a number of other speculative companies but not OBL.

It's not an unreasonable assumption to think OBL was in the group he was referring to. Although it might be incorrect. Without confirmation from Strachan there is no way of knowing.
