The consultant was unavailable earlier in March, hence why the estimate wasn't completed by March end. Hitting your timings +/- 2 weeks is acceptable in my mind, getting outside that, +/- 4 weeks is a bit tardy anything outside that rings my alarm bells. So far MKO are within the 2 weeks with time to spare.
