I cannot see how this is meant to encourage anyone. maybe its a bit of lets make sure shareholders have full disclosure so no-one can point fingers.

Whats my interest well I bought in big time and only found out these facts when I lost most of my investment in RCY. At least I got out with something. I just wish I had done the research earlier.
