In regard to your comments about directors and insolvency laws, I was just curious as to how many diretors of major listed companies have been prosecuted?
Maybe in a university lecture hall these laws sound stict, but in the real world they are a bit of joke.
You need look no further than ABC learning for a good case in point.
How many of the directors are either no longer working, in jail, on trial or have been fined?
I wouldn't imagine the directors would put this into VA any time soon as it doesn't look good on a cv, and will increase their PI premiums in the next company.
