What would you do if you were OBL regarding Derby block?

I think the fact that OBL are continuing with the work program and inviting the BOPL to JV meeting is smart. I imagine BOPL will get cash called for seismic and the DMP are requiring a program to be started and plans submitted.

If BOPL do not participate and pay their way, does that mean they forfeit their holding?

You tell me how it works. I think BOPL and OBL will need to sit down and negotiate before things get nasty for BOPL.

Remember OBL have done all the work on this block and are the operator. The DMP have only dealt with OBL and are working closely together with OBL and fully support OBL's plans going forward. OBL are funded and it is business as usual.

I do not believe BRU has done anything to take up their option with BOPL. BRU may of walked away based on certain clauses in their agreement. It will sort it self out.
