I am reposting this direct email I had with Maria regarding the management TO conspiracy that has taken over HC and morphed into all other forms of gremlins under the bed.It is for the benefit of the many potential investors who get put off from buying shares after reading conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory on the forum.

I have connected with Maria, who " confirmed that there are no takeover discussions/plans whatsoever by the board or management. If there would be a takeover, the share price would go up, not down, by all sensible assumptions. "
