Peter Coates resigns as executice officer at GlencoreXstrata early 2014. He was responsible for the Xstrata coal business when Felix Resources along with MD Flannery and Chairman Duncan hard-fought and won a legal battle against Xstrata some years ago. I assume Coates, Duncan and Flannery are no friends since that time. Anyway, may be Coates resignemt paves the way with Optimum Coal Holdings who are a subsidiary from GlencoreXstrata.
