sharedwealth,in there presentation to agm they state the proposed spin out of there gold resources into a company called aureus to be an in specie distribution i should imagine to existing shareholders, you can read it in asx announcement yesterday, thats the way i read it anyway cheers, i have been involved in other companies with same thing great when you get shares for zip as long as it doesnt detract from there core business which is as you know is the iron ore ps i hold gwr
