The $78m ($77,669m actually) cash flow from operations springs mainly from PDL collections less a few items like tax and payment of suppliers. However, the latter does not include purchasing PDLs, which is itemised later at $71,396m. The free cash flow is hence not $78m. I am not into cash flow analysis, not into CLH, so somebody with a better understanding might provide a clearer picture.
