This is going to interesting seeing how this plays out. There have been some very balanced views placed here which is good to see. I am super excited if OBL can pull off getting the whole block, and here's why

FMG were happy to pay 3.5c per share and take on options at 9c before the block was granted (before the whole legal shimozzle) The sp went to 4.7c. There is obviously something in the block that is of interest. Since then the register has been diluted about 40 pc.

So recalculating the FMG deal, the sp would be worth about 3c or thereabouts (of the 4.7c figure that the SP went to) with OBL owning 25% of the Block. If OBL are able to get the whole block (diluted to 75% for OXX) then the value would be considerably higher. Management know this which is why there is a string of deals waiting on the sideline.

Overhang of shares disappear over the next few months, then a farm in is announced. SP continues to improve. Then a little bit further down the track, boom a cornerstone, just at the right time to start the real work.

Nothing will happen until 2015 but the next 4 months will be instrumental for the company as the ducks that are lined up will soon be ready to cross the road. I don't thing the SP will jump much at all if we get the whole block, the jumps will come after that. If it all pans out then the SP will see a sustained rise quite a bit higher than where it is now. Seen it all before where a stock is sitting in the doldrums unloved then bang!
