The last big delay was in the form of the Land Use Agreement which took months and months and QPN ended up buying the land didn't they? I was engaging in posts about this when I was in Shanghai in May this year. I remember every ones frustrations back then.
Motboy can you clarify the comments from AM that QPN are actually looking now somewhere to drill which is not even on there own land as per some of your previous posts?
Does that make fiscal sense? wouldn't they have to start the whole process again of Land User Agreements etc to access/drill that land?
Gosh and Cham I doubt there will be any news till before Christmas. I am afraid you are right that the next ANN will be the mandatory one at end of January 2014. Do they even have to report on the seismic results?
