the property cannot be sold by xstates court order if, for instance, its in the name of hong and his wife.. so the value of the asset that is not covered by a mortgage cannot be realised unless bankrupted if that were the case.
in that scenario i would say once bankrupted, the next phase is realising assets and the trustee would order the sale of the property and the vested interest attributed to all creditors proportionally
for Hong and his wife he would have difficulty finding a finance and buying any property once bankrupted and would certainly be looking to settle prior to bankruptcy.
i thought there was a contempt of court action also in play?
