I follow CIN, and I don't quite get why it doesn't get the coverage of ARG & AFI in particular (its competitors with a similar age). It also trades at quite a significant discount to NTA (pre tax anyway). They don't have the diversification of the others with 50% exposure to Event Hospitality & entertainment, which I assume is what holds them back. This has been a winning position for them, so I wonder if there are any plans to dial back that exposure, although the annual reports show they don't often make sales.
