Not mentioned in this Ann but not long after the original agreement was announced FNT received a small bridging type facility from Forise in the sum of 50,000. The balance of the $6M was $5.2M from Forise itself for 325M shares at 1.6 cents, with ACH contributing the remaining $750,000 for 46.875M shares also at 1.6 cents.
There were options to both parties. I seem to recall 2.9 as the strike price but not certain of that, and believe the ratio was 1 for 2, but again best to check that.
