The platform you use to trade with will either go through ASX or chi-X. It really doesn't matter as it is the same depth of buyers and sellers.

Doggy probably will not get a response from the ASX regarding his complaint. There is no manipulation happening that is illegal. Small trades or bots doing the trading trying to influence SP direction or sentiment is totally legal although can sometimes seem frustrating.
