that last consolidation hurt the McNeils significantly in the pocket. I think Peter's making some moves to claw some of his losses back.
Looks like GOLD will continue to have a good 2017. Peter may see the timing is right to show his hand so to speak.
After this CR has been completed ,including any (if any) shortfall having been taken up, FNT will have LESS THAN 100M shares on market.
The company I referred to earlier about increasing its MC by some 9.6 times after I had bailed due to my perception of too many shares on market had 1.8B shares on market.
Just saying.
I don't think the last consolidation was part of their plan but was borne out of difficult market conditions.
With so many options for drilling and JV's plus the Sinivit mine project its looking like cash is our only pressing issue.
If one looks at how FNT has set up this latest capital raising, again eligible shareholders get first take, any shortfall is open to anyone.
With the options currently on the table I will be very surprised if this CR slows us down.
