Bugalo has moved to MAC recommendation finally and Muller and Tolukuma are still with the minister awaiting approval. Ridiculous amount of time for these renewals and applications to go through. You would think with the amount of revenue PNG have the potential to redeem that they would increase the size of the department to be able to handle this process. How much has the government and the people missed out on due to the slow turning cog of the ministers office.
