    Not too sure if you get the significance of this address however please let me explain.

    Mandarin Chinese (Han Chinese) culture views the following;

    Level 8 = Very lucky

    99 St George street = 99 ....in the olden days 99 was even more lucky than the modern #8

    FWIW

    I.E ...For this type of address for Chinese is NOT a coincidence AND it cost extra money accordingly
