FNT... a significant option for Major Miners?, page-1224

Hi AB,
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the number of issued shares prior to the addition of the Forise shares is 104,276,813.
Then add the 375,000,000 to be issued to Forise = 479,276,813.
If Forise then convert their attached 187,500,000 options then the total number of issued shares will be 666,776,813.
Then divide this total number of shares into $20m MC will give us a SP of 3 cents per share.

I would not be very happy if that is the end result after 12 months. Just saying. Cheers.
