I have been re-reading all the previous info on the $6 Mil deal with Forise Investments which is due to be voted on by shareholders at a meeting on March 15th.
The original report for this was made by the announcement of 22/12/17.
Your posting above refers to this deal of FNT throwing in all of our equipment (presumably our diamond drills, bulldozer etc.
I cannot find any mention of this part of the deal anywhere.
To me that would be a serious mistake if for whatever reason the partnership later broke up and we were left without any of this equipment to carry on as an exploration company.
Can anyone enlighten me on where this part of the proposed deal was reported.
