    Hi Denver,
    Welcome back to the FNT forum. Yes I totally agree with your sentiments.
    However this latest foray by PM is not yet a done deal. It is subject to shareholder approval in a March meeting.
    In the meantime we may get offered a better deal by 1 of the majors.
    I'm guessing that at the time it was the only game in town.
    Keeping my fingers crossed as I hate the massive dilution which is made worse following the previous consolidation.
