No shareholder would be overly wrapped at the dilution, particularly at 1.6c, including PM who is the major shareholder.

One way or another we were always going to be diluted, either through CR, partnering, or other means to fund exploration. Is the dilution more than expected ? Probably yes for most SH, however we will now have plenty of cash to explore these 'wonderful tenements, and I'm sure PM must have some grand plan that he has sold the Chinese for them to invest $6m in a company as small as FNT.

We may now not reach some dizzy heights, but imo we are now a much bigger chance in moving forward. IMO we will be in the 2s by the time the funding is approved, and 3 or 4s by the time we start exploration.

PM has been running this company on an oily rag, imagine what he can so with $6m.
