Can I qualify my referenced text by adding that in 2012 when NCM joined FNT the price of Gold in US$ was a lot higher ($1,600).

BUT.....the AUS-US exchange rate in 2012 was around US$1.00 to AUS#1.00 or around AUS$1,600 per oz. Right now the price of GOLD is AUS$1,688.

Conclusion.........a JV with a Major Mining House....in theory......could involve a purchase of 2.3% of ordinary FNT shares at 31c a share.
