You obviously mean 30 mil to 111 mil which is a lot percentage wise in a short amount of time, with not much cash in hand to show for it.
All the more reason to find a couple of cashed up JV partners. I don't think another CR would be very successful at this time.
I am a bit concerned that Rio Tinto was granted their EL, as they applied on the same day as FNT next door & we are still waiting to hear from the Minister. Hope it's not another Sinivit situation.
