I had a look at CGN. From what I can tell that company has been taken over by a private company that underwrote CGN's latest CR.

No such happenings here with FNT as we raised 100% from existing shareholders. When FNT's latest CR was announced, from memory, any potential new shareholders did not have time to get on board. Tight Register.

Of course FNT may CR with or without a SPP open to existing shareholders. We'll wait and see.

Could be a really good outcome.
